I'm Amelia and I spend my days keeping our two kids alive, marveling at the wonderfulness of being a Mommy, while trying to convince the little monsters that napping is not an optional life activity. I'm the oldest of ten kids, and was homeschooled "all the way." I love trying new recipes, new patterns, new books, and Pinterest is basically the greatest thing since salted dark chocolate. Sewing is definitely tops on the interests list as I love to work with fabric and design patterns to create a satisfactory finished product. It also comes in handy for making a few extra dollars as an alterationist for a local clothing store. I'm working on finally finishing a B.S. in Children's Ministry from Calvary Bible College through their Non-Traditional Studies program. It would be neat to pursue further education with an emphasis in biblical counseling. But that's a long way off.
I love discovering how the Word of God really works in the lives of real people in real situations and seeing how He really does change people. I also love digging deep into God's truth to find that there really are answers for life's tough issues. He is a good and glorious God!
